  • Flow seamlessly through Sun Salutations A and B, finding your rhythm and connecting with the rising sun.
  • Explore variations like Sun Salute with Jumping Chaturangas or Downward-Facing Dog variations to build heat and energize your muscles.

Peak Poses

  • Move through a series of warrior poses, finding stability and confidence in Virabhadrasana I, II, and III.
  • Explore balancing postures like Tree Pose and Warrior III, challenging your core and cultivating focus
