You’re welcome to join our weekly slow mindful yoga class designed to be gentle for your mind and body. Every ‘body’ is different, this private studio has limited spaces meaning individual needs are considered and no prior yoga experience is required.

Located in Moss Vale, in the Southern Highlands NSW, yoga classes are on Tuesday and Wednesday at 10am where you’ll leave feeling relaxed, stretched and strengthened.
